This catalogue lets you build an enquiry. Adding items or opening WhatsApp does not place an order, reserve stock or take payment.
How to order
- Choose your products, sizes and quantities.
- Send your enquiry with the delivery postcode and preferred date.
- We confirm the specification, availability, full VAT-inclusive price, delivery arrangements and any lead time in writing.
- Check the written quote, payment arrangements and applicable cancellation information before accepting.
Card payments
We accept all credit and debit cards. We confirm the full price and payment arrangements with your order. Any deposit and the payment date are set out in your written quote before you agree.
This website collects enquiries and does not take card payments online. Please do not send card details through WhatsApp or email.
Prices and bag sizes
Displayed product prices include VAT and exclude delivery. Aggregates and topsoil use 800kg bulk bags; bark and compost use 800-litre bags. Other items use the unit stated on their product page. Natural material colour and appearance can vary.
“From” and furniture guide prices are estimates for the described option. Bespoke sizes, finishes, grass roll sizes and cutting allowances can affect the price. “Price on request” items are additional to any priced subtotal. Your written quote states the complete amount before you commit.
The bulk-bag offer
Any 3 or more bulk bags in one order, including mixed products, receive 10% off bulk-bag materials. Furniture, turf, artificial grass, small bags, fixings, accessories, loose loads and delivery do not qualify or count towards the three bags.
Delivery and availability
Listed postcode charges are £24 or £30 including VAT per delivery. Vehicle capacity, separate loads, access and delivery dates are confirmed before booking. Other areas need a quote. Loose tipped material starts at 2 tonnes per material/load.
Next-day delivery is available only for stocked materials when access and delivery slots allow. Ordered-in products and handmade furniture have a separately agreed lead time. Supply-only prices exclude installation unless your written quote specifically includes it.

Images and product selection
Generated product and vehicle pictures are illustrations, not photographs of current stock, delivery vehicles or completed Hykeham work. Supplier photographs are identified in the product details. Props, cushions, plants, tools and other accessories are excluded unless the description expressly includes them. Ask us to confirm the actual specification and appearance.
