Information used for enquiries and orders

If you contact us, you choose what to send. This may include your name, contact details, delivery address, measurements, photographs and the products required. We use it to answer you, prepare a quote and, if agreed, fulfil your order. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing an agreed contract. Necessary accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations.

The website does not submit your basket, postcode or preferred date to us in the background. A WhatsApp link opens a prepared enquiry in WhatsApp; WhatsApp receives the link content when opened, and you decide whether to send the message. Email and telephone links open the service you choose. There is no website checkout and no card collection here.

Services involved

Website hosting providers process technical information such as IP addresses and requests to deliver and secure the site. WhatsApp and email providers handle communications you choose to send. Delivery details may be shared with the supplier or carrier needed to fulfil an agreed order. These services may process information outside the UK under their applicable arrangements. Keeping information

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to deal with the request and related follow-up. Completed-order records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations and resolving disputes. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Contact us about a particular record or retention period.

Cookies and browser storage

The enquiry basket is saved in this browser tab’s session storage so it survives moving between product pages. It contains product choices and quantities, not your address, message or payment information. Removing all items clears the stored basket. Closing the browsing session normally clears session storage.

Cookie choices, when saved, are kept locally for up to six months. Necessary hosting or security technologies may also be used to provide this site.

Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are not currently enabled.

If optional measurement is enabled, we ask first. Analytics can measure visits and button clicks; advertising measurement can connect advert interactions with those clicks. A WhatsApp or phone-button click is not a completed enquiry or sale. Personalised advertising is not enabled by this site. Names, messages, delivery postcodes and basket enquiry text are not sent as measurement-event fields.

You can accept or reject optional purposes separately and change your choice using Cookie choices. Google tags load only after the relevant permission. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement; it does not remove data already lawfully collected. See Google’s privacy policy if you choose these services.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable form.
