Cancellations, returns and order problems

Before ordering

An enquiry is not an order. We confirm the product, price, delivery and applicable cancellation terms in writing before you accept. Contact us promptly if an agreed order needs changing.

Change-of-mind cancellation

For eligible consumer distance purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, then have a further 14 days to return them. Standard delivery charges are included in an applicable cancellation refund. Refunds are made within the statutory time limits; where permitted, we may wait for the goods or evidence of their return.

For heavy goods, contact us to arrange a suitable return method. Any return or collection cost you would need to pay must be disclosed before the order is agreed. Please do not send goods back without confirming the receiving arrangements.

Bespoke and perishable goods

Change-of-mind rights may not apply to genuinely personalised or custom-made goods, or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly such as fresh turf. We explain any applicable exception before ordering. A standard product being made or ordered in after you buy does not, by itself, make it bespoke.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights remain in place, including where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described. Contact us with the order details and, where helpful, photographs so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. No change-of-mind exception removes these rights.
